PPPM has withdrawn guidelines andgoals to be achieved in Malaysia education. IntroductionMalaysia Ministry of Education (KPM) has introduced Malaysia Education Development Plan (PPPM)2013-2025 and idea of 21st century learning and facilitating. The learning activities suggested in the module alsoappropriate to be used as assessment tools which enable teachers to evaluate their pupils‟ performance regarding to21st century skills.Keywords: module teaching 21st century learning activity1. The module has well blended 4Cs skills namelycommunication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking. The teachershave reported that the module has changed their teaching practice. The teachers have applied this module in their teachingand a semi-structured interview has been conducted to get feedback the effectiveness of the module.
Six teachers have participated in this research.
